Family Medical Leave (FMLA) provides an unpaid leave of absence for employees who must be away from work due to certain family and/or medical reasons. Paid Family Leave offers two weeks of paid leave to U.S. employees who need time to care for a covered family member with a serious health condition or to bond with a new child.
