Ensure you know your login info

You can enroll starting Nov. 13 at gdbenefits.com. Don't forget that your Fidelity login information for your health care is the same as the username and password for your Gulfstream 401(k) retirement plan account.  

Know what to do on Nov. 13 

If you choose not to take action for 2025, most of your 2024 elections will carry over into 2025. You should still: 

• Review your plan elections to make sure your 2025 benefits are right for you. 
• Review your enrolled dependents. 
• Review your beneficiaries to ensure they're up to date.  
• You must make an active election if you want to: 
  • Contribute to an HSA. 
  • Participate in a health care or dependent care FSA. 

Remember these tips

• After annual enrollment ends on Dec. 3, you can't make changes to your plan elections until the next annual enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying status change.  
• After you enroll, print your confirmation statement to keep for your records.
