Delta Dental

Delta Dental is the administrator of the two dental plans - Delta Dental Premium and Delta Dental Basic - and network.

You may choose a provider from either the Delta Dental PPO network or the Delta Dental Premier network to receive coverage at the in-network benefit level. However, providers in the Delta Dental PPO network have higher discounts, which result in greater savings for you and the plan.

Healthy Smile, Healthy You

The Healthy Smile, Healthy You (HSHY) program provides additional assistance for plan members with diabetes, certain high-risk cardiac conditions or who are pregnant or undergoing cancer treatment.
