Whether you’re recovering from surgery or need help managing a chronic condition, Sword Health can help you overcome your back, joint or muscle pain from the comfort of home.

Sword Health Provides eligible members:

• Digital, personalized physical therapy along with a dedicated physical therapist and the ability to ask your physical therapist questions as they arise
• A Digital Therapist tablet, and motion sensors, to track your exercise progress, give feedback and help correct your form in real-time

Who is eligible?

Employees enrolled in a Gulfstream medical plan, covered spouses and covered dependents age 13 and older are eligible for Sword Health. Those not enrolled in a Gulfstream medical plan may only access The Academy, Sword Health’s prevention program featuring educational resources and job-specific video content about chronic pain and injury prevention.
