This program gives you the opportunity to earn up to $300 by completing health activities and programs throughout the year such as tracking your sleep, counting your steps with an activity tracker or participating in health coaching. You earn points for qualified healthy activities that you can redeem at any time during the year for gift cards or charitable donations. 

Access the Healthy Rewards program through a the Castlight mobile app and website make it easy to participate and track your activities and points.

If you’re new to Castlight-Healthy Rewards, here’s how to get started:

1. Download the free Castlight-Healthy Rewards app from the Apple App store, or Google Play, or visit mycastlight.com/generaldynamics.
2. Follow the prompts on the website or app to create your account.
3. Link your tracker. Some programs require an activity tracker, such as Fitbit, Garmin or Apple Watch. To link yours, follow the in-app instructions.
4. Contact Castlight support for any issues with Healthy Rewards, such as activating your account, linking a tracker or earning points, by calling Castlight at 844-432-0032.
