Benefits effective date (ID Cards)

Your benefits are in the mail

Your benefits are effective on your date of hire, subject to your timely enrollment.

ID cards for medical, dental and prescription benefits will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks after completing enrollment.

Please ensure Gulfstream has your correct mailing address. You can review the address we have on file, for you, at ess.gulfstream.com.

Cannot wait?

If you require healthcare before you receive your ID cards, you may be able to print a temporary card from the health plan's website, or view your card from their mobile app.

Otherwise, you may have to pay your care up front and have the health plan process your claim once your enrollment has been verified.
