Eligible dependents

These dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage:

• Legal spouse
• Dependent children (biological, adopted, children for whom you have legal guardianship, children placed for adoption, stepchildren)

Eligible children may be covered until age 26 regardless of student or marital status.

Dependent verification

If you enroll a spouse or dependent child for coverage, you will receive a package from General Dynamics requiring documentation. It is critical that you respond to this request. Failure to provide documentation within the stated timeframe will result in loss of coverage for your dependents. If you have questions, please call HMS Employer Solutions, the dependent verification program administrator, at 877-321-0791 and a representative will assist you.
