You have 31 days to enroll
You have 31 days from your hire date to enroll in your benefits.
If you do not complete your enrollment within 31 days, you will be automatically enrolled in the Anthem BCBS Select HSA medical plan; and you will not have dental or vision coverage, until the next enrollment period.
It is extremely important that you make your selections, as soon as possible, to avoid loss of benefits.
If you don’t enroll within 31 days you will not be able to make any changes unless you have a qualified life event (e.g. marriage, divorce, birth of a child).
