Choose wisely

Choose carefully when making your benefits elections as a new employee as well as during annual enrollment. Changes are not permitted during the year unless you experience a qualified status change that changes the type of coverage you need. Examples of qualified status change include:

Marriage
Divorce
Birth or adoption of a child
Change in dependent's employment or health coverage

Make changes 31 days prior

When you experience a qualified status change, your changes must be made within 31 days of the event, either online at gdbenefits.com or by calling the General Dynamics Service Center at 888-432-3633.
